Undef BBS is a living directory of telnet & SSH bulletin board systems — Synchronet, Mystic, WWIV, ENiGMA½, Talisman and friends.

A curated registry (data/registry/*.yaml) seeds the list; the bbscout collector probes each board over the wire to confirm it’s alive, sniff its software from the connect banner, and record what it advertises. A Hugo static site renders the result. Everything the collector reads is reachable without an account — it only grabs the public banner and, where a board openly invites a Guest login, the door menu.
